Firing Up The Grill: for just about everything from chicken, ribs, vegetables, hot dogs, burgers and steaks with my favorite: The BEST Steak Marinade!!!
1/3 c. Soy Sauce
1/2 c. Olive Oil
1/3 c. Lemon Juice (fresh)
1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
3 Tbsp. Dried Basil
1 1/2 Tbsp. Dried Parsley Flakes
1 Tsp. White Pepper (ground)
1/4 Tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
1 Tsp. Dried Minced Garlic
1. Place soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and pepper in a blender.
Add hot pepper sauce and garlic, optional/if desired. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed.
2. Pour marinade over desired type of meat.
Cover, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Cook desired meat.
