Each bite of this Maple Glazed Salmon is sweet, perfectly seasoned and bursting with melt in your mouth flavor!
Maple Glazed Salmon can be served different ways. You can serve your fillet on top of a salad, alongside your favorite roasted vegetables or with Rice
4 salmon filets
1/2 cup Maple syrup
1/4 cup Orange Juice
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. Minced garlic
1/2 tsp. Lawyr’s Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a small bowl whisk together maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, orange juice and garlic. Pour into a storage bag, add salmon filets and refrigerate 1 hour
Remove filets from the bag and pour glaze in a small pot and bring to a boil until reduced by half. Set it aside
Bring pan to med heat, add Extra Virgin Olive Oil Season salmon with seasoning salt and pepper. Place filets top side down and sear until lightly caramelized…. about 3 to 4 minutes – flip over and brush with remaining glaze.
Pour the rest of leftover glaze directly into the pan and place in a preheated 375° oven for 10 minutes or until desired cook time.
Spoon thicken glaze in bottom of pan over filets, garnish and serve.
Served with yellow rice and asparagus.
